CranioSacral Therapy

What is it?
The foundational philosophy of Craniosacral Therapy is that the body possesses the innate ability to heal itself; however factors such as trauma, chronic stress, and injuries can lead to restrictions in the craniosacral system, affecting the functioning of the central nervous system and causing various health issues.

Reiki

What is it?

It can be said that all disease and dysfunction starts in the spirit and if left untreated, works its way down into the other denser energy bodies. The spirit knocks lightly, but when we ignore its calls, it will find a way to talk to us, through our emotions, through our thoughts and eventually through malady.

Reiki energy harnesses the power of focused intention. Through the combined intentions of the healer, the recipient, and the universe, Reiki provides whatever is needed for the individual’s highest good. This intentional focus taps into the quantum field—a vast realm of light, color, sound, and higher frequencies—granting access to an abundant, universal supply of healing energy. In essence, Reiki connects directly to a source capable of transforming the denser energy bodies of the physical form.

Myofascial Release

What is it?

Myofascial Release (MFR) is a specialized massage technique that targets the body's fascial network rather than the muscle tissue. Fascia is a thin layer of connective tissue that encases and supports every organ, blood vessel, bone, nerve fiber, and muscle, acting like a form-fitting sweater for the entire body. MFR is typically performed without oil and can even be done over light clothing.

04.

SomatoEmotional Release

What is it?

Somatoemotional release is a part of the craniosacral family tree and is described as a re-experiencing of emotions, memories or sensations that were attendant with the original incident, injury or trauma. These memories and feelings may occur immediately during treatment, or within a few days following the session.
