As a massage therapist by training and an empath by nature, I have the gift of tuning into people's health concerns from a holistic perspective. While navigating recovery following a car accident in 2010, I was inspired to become an RMT—with the long term goal of continual learning and bringing those gifts to my clients.

My own journey with body trauma, pain, and mental health has given me a unique ability to blend various modalities tailored to each client's experience, and address the root causes of their discomfort.

As a healer with a heart full of love, my goal is to help each client uncover the light within them—a light that has always been there, but may have been dimmed or forgotten.
