MEET LAUREN
A massage therapist by education, Lauren was born an empath, with the gift of being able to tune into people’s health concerns from a more holistic perspective. Through her own journey with body trauma, pain, and mental health, Lauren has the unique ability to blend modalities to custom fit each client and get to the root cause of their discomfort and disease. Her drive to become a registered massage therapist stemmed from a car accident in 2010, and the belief that her highest calling was to bring physical and spiritual modalities into the fold of a proven and centuries old practice.
Lauren attended the prestigious Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy, and graduated Cum Laude in 2015. She graduated from the Florida School of Massage & Hydrotherapy in March of 2012, and is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 2015. With a passion for learning about the mind and body, with all its interwoven connections, and magnificent self -healing capacities, Lauren has focused her practice on four modalities, Massage Therapy, CranioSacral Therapy, Reiki, and Myofascial Release. Through her own journey with health and well being, Lauren has found these modalities to be the most potent elixir for healing the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies.
A healer with a lot of love in her heart, Lauren works to uncover the light in each client that has always been there, but that has been hidden and forgotten.
